A little late, but here at last

Posted by Just Me on 3:15 PM

I decided to study journalism when I was seventeen years old, but I had some difficulties on the way. For many reasons, since I took that decition, I changed my mind and I told everybody I wanted to enter in a law school. And I did it. The 2006 I started to study law in the University of Concepción. But thank God I leave that career after a year of been there.

I like journalism because it allows me to develope my writing skills. I love to write, and I enjoy to communicate myself through writing words. My favourites subjects, by the way, are literature and cinema. But I also like to record radio programs and record videos with my camera, so that`s why I think this is the perfect career for me.

In the future, journalists will need many cibernetic tools and skills. Internet and tecnologics devices will be very important to develope this career, as we can see in theese days.

Now that I`m here, I`m not regret. This is my vocation.

The Chaiten Volcano

Posted by Just Me on 7:07 PM

This is an image of the Chaiten volcano, and I took it the last summer. It was absolutly exciting to be there, so close. It was actually a dangerous thing to do, but my parents, my sister and I wanted to go so badly and we were really carefull.Well, as you can realize, we survived, fortunately.

We were in Chaiten city just for two days this last february, and we spent the night in an hotel, the only one which was opened. The city was almost empty, and the streets were covered with ashes. The desolation was overwhelming.

This picture is really one of my favorite of that trip because it represents how far we can get together, as a family. We took care of each other and we felt closer after that holiday.

My Toshiba Laptop

Posted by Just Me on 5:47 PM

My parents gave it to me when I was eighteen years old. It was a really special gift `cause I had been waiting for it since a long time. And, I have to say it, my Toshiba laptop changed my life. For real!

My old computer it was not a personal one. That PC was (and still is, because it belongs to my mother now) a desktop one, and I couldn`t move it anywhere. It was (and still is) in my bedroom, in my house.

My Toshiba laptop, however, is great because I can go any place I want with it, it`s faster than the other one and it has so much more memory and softwares.

I can do everything I like on it. I can write, watch videos on YouTube, download a lot of music and, in general, surfing on the internet.

I really like my notebook! :)
